It was during the holidays so the mail system was slower than usual and my parcel stayed at customs for awhile before getting to him. The collector had not sent his caps for me nor did he have the ones i had picked as he had traded them to another collector. He insisted he did not send his caps until he received the caps he requested first. I had to pick other caps and finally more than two months later his caps arrived. Well packaged and good condition caps but I would have liked to have gotten the ones I had asked for initially. |
